QUESTIONS

Frequently asked

No — we work with small businesses across the Twin Cities. Construction and the trades are simply where we specialize, because job costing is where most contractors are losing money without realizing it.

Pricing depends on how many accounts and transactions you have and which services you need. It’s a flat monthly fee agreed up front, so there are no surprise bills. Most companies pay $300-$3,000 per month.

Not at all — that’s one of the most common reasons people call. I start with a catch-up and cleanup priced on it's own, then move into monthly service once everything is current.

It’s what we recommend, especially QuickBooks Plus for contractors, since that’s the tier that includes job costing and project profitability. If you use something else, let’s talk about it on the call.

We keep your books clean and hand your tax preparer a file they can actually work from.

Not sure which services you need?

That’s what the free consultation is for. Tell us how you run your jobs and we’ll tell you honestly what would help — and what wouldn’t.
